Welcome to our Caterpillar Room, a warm, nurturing and exciting environment designed especially for our youngest learners. We understand that starting nursery is a big milestone, and our caring team works closely with families to help every child feel safe, secure and ready to explore. Through play, positive relationships and carefully planned experiences, children develop confidence, independence and a love of learning.

Our room has been carefully designed to provide a calm, engaging and stimulating environment where children can explore, discover and learn through play. We offer a range of experiences that support communication, creativity, physical development, early maths and literacy skills, and social development both indoors and outdoors.

Every child is assigned a key person who helps them feel safe, valued and understood. Building strong relationships is at the heart of everything we do, ensuring children develop confidence and security as they grow and learn.
🗣️ Communication with Families
We believe that strong partnerships with parents are essential. Daily face-to-face handovers provide opportunities to share highlights from your child's day, discuss achievements and celebrate milestones together. Important information relating to sleep, personal care and wellbeing is shared through Ovivo where appropriate.
