The Year 6 class have had a fantastic day in Liverpool learning about how the docks have impacted Liverpool's economy. The children were all brilliant and really enjoyed the day!

The first stop was the International Slavery Museum where they took part in a guided tour learning more about how the transatlantic slave trade impacted Liverpool both in the 1700's and now.

Then they visited the Liverpool museum where they spent time on each of the different floors learning about how Liverpool has developed over the years and of course, having a customary photograph with a lambbanana!
