During the past two weeks in Kids' Club, we focused on Children's Mental Health Week and encouraged the children to be kind to themselves when they have had a long day in school. The children engaged in lots of mindful activities to relax and choose activities that they enjoy.
Our activities have included a story time with Bow, Yoga, Joe Wick fitness, crafting, hamma beads, working in a team and mindfulness colouring.
Throughout this week we will be continuing these activities whilst also spending some time preparing for 'Random Act of Kindness Day' which is in half term.
