Primary
We are looking to appoint a reliable and committed Cleaner to join our friendly school team.
This is more than just a cleaning role – it is an opportunity to become part of our wider school community. Many of our staff have begun their journey in this role and gone on to gain valuable experience working within a school environment.
Working pattern:
- 12 hours per week
- Monday to Friday
- 3:30pm – 6:00pm
- Start date: 1st July (or as soon as possible thereafter)
What we are looking for:
- Someone who enjoys working as part of a team
- A positive and flexible approach, willing to adapt to the needs of the school
- High standards and attention to detail
- A commitment to maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming environment for children and staff
Experience is not essential – full training will be provided, and we are proud to support staff in developing their skills and confidence in working within a school setting.
Safeguarding Statement:
Our school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people, and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. The successful candidate will be required to undertake an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, along with other pre-employment checks, in line with Keeping Children Safe in Education guidance.
If you would like to be part of a supportive, welcoming team and contribute to creating a positive environment for our pupils, we would love to hear from you.
