Apprentice Teaching Assistant - Level 3

Contract: Temporary
Salary: Apprenctice Pay Scale

Monday – Friday 8:30am – 15:30pm – 6.5 hrs per day / 32.5 hours per week

Apprentice Pay Scale rate –

  • Under 19 or in the first year of apprenticeship: £7.55 per hour.
  • 19 or 20 and in subsequent years: £10.00 per hour. 
  • 21 and over and in subsequent years: £12.21 per hour. 

Fixed Term – 24 months – 1st September 2025 – 31st August 2027

  • Good IT skills

  • Ability to communicate effectively with all colleagues and parents/carers.

  • Maths and English Grade C/4 or above, any candidates who are over 19, further support will be offered to achieve this alongside the teaching assistant qualification.
